Returns policy

If you would like to return a product from Socks In A Box for any reason that is no problem - please contact us at or through our contact form and let us know why you would like to return the product.

We will let you know where to send the socks back to us and we will provide a full refund for the value of those socks and and delivery costs paid. If the product was one of our legacy subscriptions then the refund will be based on a pro-rata value of the price paid for the subscription. Refund will be made within 7 days. Alternatively, if you prefer, we will provide a replacement for the socks you wish to return.

Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order.
